OUR MISSION
We are dedicated
to life
Our dedicated Doctors ensure that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our proactive approach leads to better outcomes and patient satisfaction.
INITIAL EVALUATION
It’s all about how
we treat you
During the patient’s initial evaluation a detailed history of the patient’s chief complaints, mechanism of injury, medical background, past injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, and current symptoms related to the personal injury is discussed before examination.
A physical examination of the musculoskeletal system, neurological function, range of motion, strength, and any specific areas of pain or discomfort will then be performed.
Our Services
Musculoskeletal Rehab
Know that your treatment is unique and tailored to helping you recover.
Passive Modalities
Physical therapy and rehabilitation that do not require active participation.
Heat & Cold Therapy
Alternating heat and cold helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation for faster recovery.
Light Therapy
Uses therapeutic light to reduce pain, support healing, and boost cellular function—non-invasive and gentle.
Massage Therapy
Involves manipulating soft tissues to reduce tension and improve circulation.
Chiropractic Manipulation
Technique used by chiropractors to treat musculoskeletal pain, particularly in the back, neck, and joints.
Spinal Decompression
Uses a traction table or a similar motorized device to gently stretch the spine. This relieves pressure on the spinal cord or nerves.
Ultrasound Therapy
Uses sound waves to penetrate tissues, promoting healing and
reducing pain.
Active
Musculoskeletal
Rehab
Involves exercises and movements that patients perform to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
Passive Modalities
Passive modalities are therapeutic treatments that are administered to the patient without requiring active participation or effort on their part. These modalities are used to reduce pain, promote healing, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
Examples of passive modalities:
- Moist Heat therapy: help relax muscles, increase blood flow, and alleviate pain and stiffness.
- Cold therapy: is used to help reduce inflammation, numb pain, and decrease swelling.
- Electrical Stimulation: such as TENS or EMS, use electrical currents to stimulate nerves or muscles.
Ultrasound
therapy
Involves the use of high-frequency sound waves to generate heat deep within tissues. It can be effective in reducing pain, increasing blood flow, promoting tissue relaxation, and accelerating the healing process.
Massage Therapy
Manual manipulation of soft tissues, such as muscles and tendons, to promote relaxation, improve circulation, may be used based on the patient’s needs.
Chiropractic
Manipulation
Also known as chiropractic adjustment or spinal manipulation, is a therapeutic technique commonly used by chiropractors to treat musculoskeletal issues, particularly those related to the spine.
What is Chiropractic manipulation?
Chiropractic manipulation is commonly used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
- Spinal misalignments (subluxations)
- Disc herniation or bulging discs
- Joint dysfunction, such as in the shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
- Muscle tension, stiffness, and spasms
- Postural problems and biomechanical imbalances.
The primary goal of chiropractic manipulation is to restore proper alignment, mobility, and function to the spine and other joints in the body. It aims to address joint dysfunction, reduce pain, improve range of motion, and enhance overall musculoskeletal health.
Spinal
Decompression
Therapy
Spinal decompression therapy is a therapeutic technique that gently stretches the spine to help with symptoms caused by disc injuries. It is used to relieve pressure on the spine discs, nerves, and surrounding structures in the spine.
It also promotes the influx of nutrients, oxygen, and fluids into the discs, which can enhance healing and reduce inflammation.
Spinal decompression can alleviate pain, numbness, tingling, and other symptoms associated with nerve compression or irritation.
Photobiomodulation
Light Therapy
This non-invasive therapeutic technique utilizes specific wavelengths of light, typically in the visible or near-infrared spectrum. When the light is applied to the target area of the body for example, musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, wounds, traumatic brain injury, and post surgical procedures. It enhances the mitochondrial function, improves cellular metabolism, relieves pain and inflammation, and promotes blood flow and oxygenation to the damaged tissue.
